SlowLife Yoga Nidra
SlowLife Yoga Nidra è una pratica yoga estremamente dolce che richiede soltanto uno spazio circostante calmo dove potersi sedere o stendere confortevolmente.
Yoga Nidra è una forma di meditazione guidata nella quale l’attenzione viene orientata verso l’interiorità per indurre un rilassamento profondo che raggiunge lo stato intermedio tra sonno e veglia.
Una voce narrante accompagna l’ascolto di se stessi rilassando le tensioni mentali e creando cosi lo spazio necessario per acquisire una percezione calma e nitida della propria mente.
SlowLife Yoga Nidra può essere praticato in qualunque momento della giornata ma amplia i propri effetti nelle ore che precedono il sonno serale, migliorandone la qualità e l’intensità.

L’esposizione è fatta in modo lento e chiaro, quindi anche per chi studia una lingua straniera questa è un’ottima opportunità di apprendimento in un contesto pratico.
Di che cosa abbiamo bisogno: vestiti comodi, tappettino di yoga, una coperta (un foulard/sciarpa per le sessioni di Yoga Nidra)
