SlowLife Power Yoga

SlowLife Power Yoga est une pratique douce et dynamique,

au cours de laquelle nous écoutons les messages de notre corps

et enchainons une suite de mouvements de manière à dissiper les énergies indésirables,

à générer une nouvelle énergie positive et à calmer l’esprit.


Le rythme lent et les postures dynamiques

aident à synchroniser le corps et l’esprit,

améliorent la flexibilité,

renforcent les muscles

et contribuent à une sensation générale de bien-être.

De quoi s’agit-il: SlowLife Yoga – Vous pouvez choisir entre une séance de Yoga Doux Méditatif, Slow Power Yoga (yoga doux dynamique),  SlowLife Yoga pour le Smart Working, Yoga des Hormones ou Yoga Nidra (pour améliorer la qualité du sommeil)

Avril à août séances de 30 minutes

Septembre à mars séances de 60 minutes

Quand: Options matin et soir, consultez le planning hebdomadaire ci-dessus

Langues: Choisissez votre langue: anglais, français ou italien

Lors de ces séances, je vous guide d’une façon à la fois claire, lente et précise, c’est donc également une merveilleuse opportunité pour les étudiants d’une langue étrangère de soumettre leurs acquis à l’épreuve de « la vraie vie ».

De quoi ai-je besoin:  d’une tenue confortable, d’un tapis de yoga, d’une petite couverture (pour les séances de Yoga Nidra un foulard /une écharpe)
