In these sessions of gentle Meditative Yoga I hold a calm and relaxing space to do exactly this while discovering simple techniques to incorporate these principles in everyday life.

To support your practise I invite you to join the weekly SlowLife Yoga sessions in our community of like minded people from all around the world.

In our time together you’ll learn how to:

– use an approach of slowness to take this awareness into daily life

The instruction is clear and slow. A wonderful opportunity for language students to learn in a hands-on practical way!

What you need: Comfortable clothes, a yoga mat, a blanket (for the Yoga Nidra sessions a scarf)
