SlowLife Yoga Nidra
SlowLife Yoga Nidra is a very gentle practise, in which you need only have a quiet place in which to sit or lie down comfortably.
This is a form of guided meditation in which I’ll guide your attention inwards to induce deep relaxation and enjoy the space between wakefulness and sleep.
You’ll hear stories in different languages, be guided in listening to your inner self and have the possibility to release mental tension and create space for a clear and calm mind.
Yoga Nidra is a wonderful practise at any time of the day but is very effective right before bed in sending you off to a beautiful sleep.
