This activity was everything I hoped for and more. I’ve done yoga before but I’m not that flexible, so I was a little nervous. Sandrine helped me adapt to the exercises in a painless way. She took care to make sure I was as comfortable and pain free as possible. I plan on going back next week for an individual session, as she is very talented at diagnosing and prescribing activities for each person’s unique situation. Highly recommended!!!!
